Who are ‘we’?

In this policy the words ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ refer to Hatley Park Estate which incorporates both Hatley Park Farms Ltd and MRL Astor. The activities of Hatley Park Estate include the leasing of office units and cottages in the village of Hatley St. George, the farming of over 500 hectares of arable land and a herd of pedigree Beef Shorthorn cattle, plus a range of award winning conservation work.

How do we collect information about you?

We obtain information about you if and when you complete and submit the ‘Contact Us’ form on our website or via any contract that you hold with us. Any personal data (any information which identifies you, or which can be identified as relating to you personally, such as your name and email address) that you provide to us will be collected and used by us solely for the purpose that it is intended. We will only collect and store the personal data that we need.

We will only use your personal data to facilitate our response to your enquiry via the ‘Contact Us’ form on our website or to undertake any business we have contracted with you.
